Join us for a fun spring experience, right at the beginning of growing season!

- Take home a pollinator friendly seed packet with instructions
- Enjoy an apple cider donut and juice or water.
At Riamede Farm, our educational tours will engage your students’ minds while addressing various New Jersey Student Learning Standards.
Our knowledgeable staff will guide students to make connections between farming and the food they eat, outline the process by which food is grown, discuss the operation of a working apple farm, teach about pollination and plant growth, and describe how climate impacts farms and our food supply.
After the tour, students will be able to answer several essential questions:
- Why are pollinators important?
- How do bees do their job?
- How do fruits and vegetables grow?
- What is the difference between a fruit and a vegetable?
Cost: $15 per person, including teachers and group leaders. 20 attendees required for booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelling your trip less than 5 days prior to your scheduled date will result in a $75 cancellation fee. No shows will be charged this same fee.
Weather Policy: We can accommodate rescheduling in the instance of bad weather conditions. Please email groups@riamedefarm.com to reschedule your trip.
